At age 34 (20 to 25) pounds over my ideal high school & college XC and T&F weight and never running over 25 miles a week, past age of 21, I raced 3:4x Marathon.
Other posters are telling you to race other events. Other posters are telling you to log more miles. Clearly you do not want to log more miles and clearly you do not want to race other events. You asked if it is possible. Yes, it is possible for you to race sub-3 Marathon on your current training. Would it be wise to bet against you? Yes, smart money would bet against you, but it is possible.
Some posters are telling you it is nuts for you to race Marathon on low mileage. It is nuts IMO to race Marathons unless one is not a sub-2:15 Marathoner (male) or sub-2:45 Marathoner (female) but that is a separate discussion.
