For what it’s worth, we have drugs you can take that act as a sort of vaccine against HIV. Infection rates are extremely low in those groups.

Virus on your person or that lodged in your nose is not enough to spread the virus enough to get others sick. You need to have the virus replicating heavily in your body to spread the virus to others. The notion that you will spread the virus eve if vaccinated is absolutely ridiculous and not scientifically valid unless the vaccine does not work.
