Umm. Ever heard of science?
You can still be a carrier even if you are vaccinated.
I would listen to Fauci over Rand Paul any day, someone who actually understands infectious diseases.

That’s seeming more unlikely by the day.
That's all fine and good, but forget about visiting any retail establishments.
Randal Paul is not ever to be trusted.
He was against sanctions for Monsanto; what makes you think he'd care about a virus.
He's been hurting America for years.
Well the statement you CAN is pretty certain although the probability that you WILL does seem to be steadily declining, as you say, I am willing to continue to mask until everyone who wants the vaccine can get it, but I don’t have to wear one 100% of the time at work, so other people have more reason to complain.
What's the point of getting the vaccine then?
Cool story bro.
Simple.
To be E Pluribus Unum until practically everyone is vaccinated.
Masks and social distancing need to be around until enough people are fully vaccinated such that the curve is a net negative for existing cases, new cases and newly suspected cases.
People need to get over this mask and distancing garbage.
I've been back to work since late May which includes a summer and a full semester with kids.
Masks and distancing were used and are used.
You all need to stop trying to assert the old American lifestyle...
Had people done so, we'd have been at low levels.
And I'm not even a regular shut -in...
Prior to the pandemic, I went to the gym 3-4 days a week, ran with 2 running groups and went shopping 2-3 times per week at stores, malls, etc.
My workouts for running/walking averaged 45-55 miles per week.
But since the pandemic, I go to a grocery store 1-2 times per week and work.
No trails, no running groups, no malls, only walking in my neighborhood (which is fairly large if I go through other subdivisions).
So, if I can cut down that drastically, why can't others????
The vaccine is one factor toward stoppage along with minimizing, personal responsibility, and accepting that runners aren't invincible m
You just said a whole lot without actually answering the question. A simple "I don't know" would have been a fine answer. If the vaccine doesn't do anything then why get it?

Fauci still hasn't cured AIDs after all these years.
I do know.
It's because Americans are too rednecky, stupid or reckless to stop their foolish lives to wait until it's safe to do everything.
I chose to give a story.
It is a crying shame that people have to simplify and spoon feed words to you so they are comprehensible.
Did you learn to read from Trump?
That you said that is proof of how stupid Americans are.
You don't deserve Dr. Fauci.
AIDS is the cascading SYNDROME of different disease manifestations that result from HIV.
Human Immunodeficiency Virus.
The body sees the virus and attacks itself, causing sarcomas, pneumonia, etc.
Do you people ever read? Study? Or did you party your way through college knowing Daddy's associates would help you?

First sensible thing you've written on these boards since covid hit.
People who want to wear a mask forever are welcome to do so.
Not me. Not millions of us.

Is this the beta ophthalmologist that got knocked out by his neighbor?
