Literally just read the post under yours if it's not too much of a bother. Hill has made 3 US teams and ran 13:15 this past summer. He's going to make the final and is a medal threat. Idk he's in what the top-8? Not a favorite anymore but he's a professional who knows how to show up for the big races. Count the guy out if you like. Argue over what you want the definition of a threat to make the team is if you like. So much negativity on here.
Maybe sorta kinda might make the US team =/= medal threat. He might be a threat to sneak into the team and finish 8th in his heat at the Olympics, but as far as I know they don’t hand out medals for that
Y'all are sad. Ryan never gets mentioned on letsrun. Has his first injury and we have a global pandemic, all of sudden the trolls come out. Lemme know where I could've bought this burger at nationals for a decade...

With a 7:30 pr, he can't be counted out in advance. He hasn't been at that level for a while, but who knows what a change of scenery, altitude training, and new coaching can do.

He's the only running on the NAZ program now that has a world medal. He's become the best runner on that team the moment he put ink to paper. He's a big fish in a small pond right now.
NAZ is all about promoting their brand on social media so it will be interesting to see how Ryan adapts to that part of their team dynamic.
I don't see Ryan Hill being an IG superstar. I listened to Chris Chavez' interview with him, and the guy is boring as hell.
Boring as hell. I disagree. Friendly and personable. Why do u say boring as hell?
