You’re right about his 1500 m but one feels that had he ran 1500 m in his golden years from 2007 to 2009 then his time would’ve been closer to 338. Still quite slow for 1256 5000 m but better than 342 which is technically a four minute mile. His 1500 m was at age 20. On the track he was at his best level at ages 25-27. Before he met the wizard AL Salazar who changed his running technique and training.
