Like him, I was following all regulations and still got it. It wasn't fun, but it was wasn't as bad as a simple cold. I was able to run through it. All the running friends I know who have gotten it have said the same.

Oh no. Poor sap. Sucks he has to go through all of this asymptomaticness and will continue feeling well and likely running. Hope he doesn't get a real cold. People typically take a week to recover from those and some have lingering symptoms for a month or more.

So you tested + and kept going outside, or you have a treadmill? I thought you were required to quarantine after a positive test.
Also general PSA: don't run through a virus. Can be very bad for your heart regardless of age, look up viral myocarditis.
