Appreciate all the advice, was honestly expecting way more of the trolling this site seems to be known for, but some of that was kinda funny too.
At the end of the day all of us want to be better as a team and none of us are good enough to do that by ourselves, so I'm pretty confident it'll eventually work itself out to some extent just based on the common ground we all share. In a way, the fact that the original argument had more to do with improving the team itself than anything off the track related (no moms or GFs were banged) is proof that everyone involved is passionate about doing just that.
It's been a tough time in general with very minimal racing opportunities for awhile so some people might be getting antsy about not being able to see our development on paper compared to other teams on real, but I think that as we get closer to the opportunities January is meant to bring we'll all have something more positive to direct our energy towards (and APPRECIATE) instead of harping on everything that could be going better (which is admittedly a long list for a college athlete in America right now). This whole situation feels really major at this point, but it's also taught me a lot of things that I'll unfortunately probably be needing again many times over for the rest of my life.
I personally would be happy to go right from campus every time, but I'm surely not doing it alone.
