The Joker is out. The joke is on you Joker.

Is this for real?!?!
I hate him and was loathing to see him steam roll to the pandemic title, so this would be epic.
Yes...he's out. Probably one the most unfair decisions I have ever witnessed in sports.

Nope. I think it is good that they did not grant the Joker special treatment. OUT!
You didn't see it did you?
Yes I did. Joker needs to be careful. OUT!
He would never have smacked that ball at a male. Gender was clearly involved. #metoo

You’re pretty annoying. Probably a woman.
Nope. Guess again ignorant misogynist.
lol that was a ridiculous decision to DQ him
Federer often whacks balls at ball boys/girls, who like catching them
If you're on the court, you should be paying attention

None of those even CLOSE to comparable.
Full disclosure, I watched this incident with Djoke and there's certainly plenty of room for someone to see him as some version of a "victim" from it all, and it likely doesn't even require such an argument to come only from fanboys.
But...it's not unheard of that he got booted, too. So the "victimhood" is going to ultimately be bologna. I can see an argument though.
But damned if it doesn't feel GREAT to see a douche bag like Novak to get got. Totally worth it.

Ask the line judge if she enjoyed catching the ball from Novak.
And I'm confused by your last statement -- everyone agrees that Novak should have been paying more attention to the other people on the court.

Completely agree. I regret feeling this way when someone got hurt in the process -- hopefully not seriously -- but it's how I feel nonetheless. He's always been an unlikeable baby.
Jamin just because women do not find you attractive does not mean you should hate them so much.
What...is...the example in question?
They just dumped the douchey white boy. I....dont understand what you're talking about.
Tanner? What did Tanner do?
I'm assuming most of you making excuses for Novak either didn't see what haven't or don't really care about tennis anyway. He had to be DQed. There's no "wiggle room" in the rules on this.
imagine if Serena had done this!
Fair or foul? He clearly didn't mean to hit her and was immediately apologetic when he did but the facts are he did hit her with a ball.

It would have been fascinating if there had been fans what the reaction would have been. Would they want to see him DQd or would they be irate?
Personally, I'd rather let him negotiate with the lineswoman. Maybe make the rule is an automatic DQ unless the linesman/woman says he can play on. "Novak, I'm not hurt that bad. If you agree to pay me a minimum of $100,000 and 25% of your winnings from this tournament, you are back in."
there'd be a lot more posts wrote:

There would be a high stakes lynching.
Well, it's not his first time on the court.
You would think he knows how to control a ball to not hit the lines women.
He didn’t do it on purpose. Law and order, keep him in
