I applied to Brooks Hansons and was passed on because I wasn’t fast enough.
I also don’t deal with rejection well.

Who can confirm this information?
This is a Troll statement if I've ever seen one.
Saw the Hansons and their team at their Friday night community X-C race. They are trying their best to continue with all the Covid restrictions. Still doing all the good things they do for the running community in Michigan.
I know one of their runners personally, and talked to him about training and future races. Seems they have his training and races planned out for the next year, contingent on what will be allowed. The current 10K men are all training to get an Olympic Trials qualifying time.
So I believe Go M is just a hoax.

Pratt PRs in 90 degree heat a few weeks ago.
Panning likely sub 28 based on his time trial at Stony.
Blaney makes world cross team after barely reaching AA in college.
Gregg 2:11 in Chicago.
Oh, and a certain someone won a prestigious marathon a few years back.
Maybe you can point out the other clubs producing Boston winners.
None of those are good when other groups are winning olympic and world champs medals. Hell even USA medals
Recruiting and producing top talent are two different things

Heard a rumor today that the Hanson bros. are seriously talking about shutting down the program at years end. I understand that it is not a funding situation but they are just ready to move on. I wonder if Zap will follow as Pete and Zika have also been at it for almost as long.
"heard a rumor.."
That was all I needed to hear.
Goodbye
Desi had already moved on to her current coach (not Hansons) to train for Boston that year. She was still wearing the Hansons logo, though.
Just because they haven't had a hit song since the late 90's does not mean they are done! Oh wait, what are we talking about?
Hansons made Desi into a top level runner who could have won Boston in several years before her actual win when conditions were just right for two of the toughest runners out there, her and Yuki Kawauchi.

LR whispers BS all the time, its why I rarely come here any more. Hansons are fine, nothing to see here, move along.
