Ryan Hall is a great athlete. He was gifted in running but I think he could have done many other sports if he wanted. He was a baseball player I believe until he found an untapped potential in running by traversing the lake he grew up near in basketball shoes in a first effort jog that was essentially a long run right out the gate.
He has now switched from one extreme to the other. It takes a toll on your kidneys and other areas to eat and process all that food needed to grow mass, just as it was probably negative to starve a little to become rail thin.for marathoning. Weve seen his BMI go from under weight to overweight and now to normal.over several years.
In the recent process he definitely has had to cut. Which means, starvation all over again to achieve the chiseled look..there is no doubt it is equally as hard to get ripped as it it to get skinny for running. They are the same thing.
What changed I'm him internally? Age, lack of motivation in running, realizing his potential at physique. All runners care about physique. Is the ultimate physique strong and chiseled like a gladiator? Yes.
