52.47 for Sean fastest split in 600 race . . . very impressive after 3:37 race and almost caught Lopez who was essentially fresh for this race.

So what's your over/under for Gwen? 100 seconds?
Yes . . . 3+ sec pr for Courtney . . . what a year she is having . . . indoor 5k pr in February . . . now all-time prs in 5k - 3k -1500 in these three intrasquad races . . . and likely to get a pr in tne 600 coming up :-)
under -- as in 96.99 . . .
Elise coming back in the 600 to beat Colleen and Courtney w/60 closer - after blowing up the last 300 in the 1500 -- seems to indicate she might be more suited to the 3k and 5k at this point.
More fodder for the scenario of her focusing on the 5k next year at the Trials . . .

Yeah, that was fun to watch.
Best $13 I ever spent. The meet 10 days ago and this one was worth every penny. All the whiners that complain about paying are complete idiots and they are the ones that are bad for the sport. Very entertaining! Thanks BTC and Runnerspace/USATF.TV
Thanks, guys,for posting what you've watched tonight . . . I was just following along on the timing results . . ,
What will be extra fun is reading on their twitters, instagrams, future interviewz, etc wha t these BTCers have to say about this meet, especially having to run the 600s and relays after prs or near prs in the 1500s.
Their legs must have felt like jello for that relay . . .
Who made up the 4 teams? I saw that McGorty, Fisher, and Schweitzer were 3 of the anchors, but no idea what the other legs were
Usually all we get on LetsRun re: tv coverage is how bad it is.
For distance races, anyway, Runnerspace/USATF have figured it out.
Hope Craig Masbach, Ato Bolden, or somebody from NBC was watching tonight.
What did they do at the end? A 4x4?
3:34.89 for Mo basically 3:52 mile to be expected after he closed sun 3:59 1600m in his 12:47 5000. Probably can go 3:32 in a fast from the gun race
Meant sub 3:59 not sun
Fisher ran 44.22

Craig Masbach is married to Nike. He can't tell the truth ever.
Yeah, listening to the podcast with Houlihan I was worried for her chances next year. She has the times to compete at the global level but she talked about the stress and pressure and how these TTs are racing without pressure. Schumacher is probably doing his athletes a disservice by avoiding real competition and it's not just during covid, he's famous for not letting his athletes race. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Houlihan lose out on a medal against athletes who have worse PRs but are better racers
The only runners Shelby lost to at Doha last year had prs equal to or better than hers.
If she suddenly starts losing to runners like Simpson, Muir, DeBus-Stafford, other elites with lesser prs that up to now she has regularly beaten, then the ongoing thesis that Jerry's less-is-more racing philosophy could be substantiated.
At this point, though, specifically regarding Shelby, there are no facts to support this argument.

Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
