Are there any exercises that I should do that would reduce the chance of me getting a stress fracture?

yeah. it's this one where you stop your run 70% of the way through and then sleep an extra hour per day
there's another one where you just jog for 90 minutes instead of running too fast on easy days

So stretching isn't useful?
Nothing you do is useful because you don't listen to anybody and just say the same stuff in here over and over.
Whatever makes your bones denser. That means gradually running more and doing resistance training (lifting weights).
You should also avoid steep downhills on pavement

How would stretching prevent stress fractures?

Listen to your body!
That's all.
Cut down the mileage or add an rest day when needed. Yes, it is that simple.
What's your deal, pal? Have you ever heard of Google?
Do you want us to 'Google' that for you?

Now how in the world is listening to the sound of his own farts going to help him prevent stress fractures?
Pour glass of milk, lift it up to your mouth, drink. Repeat.

This is a horrible advice. You need to run MORE to increase your bone density.
I've told you before that you need to run more mileage slower to get stronger, and that running more increases bone density, health of cartilage, strength of tendons. Run as much as you can. Why are you asking again when people have already told you? Maybe it's counter intuitive, but it makes sense if you think about adaptation. It's supported by research too.
I've also told you that as a completely new runner, I ran 9 miles a day all summer. I was running dragging ass slowly, as you'd expect of a new runner who tried to do that. But I didn't get injured. In fact, I've run around 100,000 miles since, and have never gotten a stress fracture. I suspect that unorthodox approach of a high volume of slow jogging for my first 3 months of running was protective, as I didn't get a running-related injury (other than two ankle sprains) for more than 20 years - until middle age became a factor.
I also got a lot faster despite not doing a step of faster running (intervals, tempos, speedwork) that first summer. Went from 54 minute 10K (on no training) to #2 varsity runner on my team my first cross country race ever.
But running more causes injury.

Eating causes obesity. You better not eat anything anymore.

So should I jump to 30 MPW over the next two weeks (with only easy runs)?

Anyone?

When was this stress fracture? A year ago?
You would be better off at 10-20 MPW with no easy runs.
