Completely guessing here but willing to bet it ends up heart attack caused by stress of the situation and/or intoxicants present. If it truly is heart related a murder conviction should seem unlikely but.....
Anything less than a conviction on manslaughter would be suicide for anyone involved, judge, jury etc so I'm willing to bet at least one conviction. Murder III may be a stretch, but again, there's probably going to be some safety at play here.
Anyways, what is all the rioting for again? Since any death in police custody would be investigated? Or are you under the assumption that there was only an arrest *because* there was rioting?
