He was made to be a tv man (good looks) not a commentator on a marathon which is more like radio.

If you want to stream it in the US, you have to be a gold member ($$). But on gold they have the international feed without commercials. International announcers Stuart Storey and some other dude.

Very interesting that in the pre-race meeting, Bekele was the one that didn't want to go out in 60:45. Kipchoge wants to set this thing out of reach for a LONG time.

I guess that lays to rest any suggestion that Bekele was teaming up with the Choges to pace him to the WR. Bekele wants to win this thing, but know he's not fit enough to run it if the first half is that fast.

Does anyone else think the video is off a bit? Like they are in slo mo for a few seconds and then it speeds up? Annoying to watch

Bekele looks super reluctant to get out with the pace here but he's dialed in at this point.

This NBC broadcast just can't get Kipchoge's Breaking 2 time right. First it was 2:00:35, and now I just saw 2:02:25. How hard can this be?

I got some German stream, all it is is some German called Anna in long black socks, nothing else getting shown, pretty pathetic.

It's times like this that I really enjoy living in Germany (moved from the States a few years back). Nice Sunday morning with a cup of coffee watching the race.

The German commentary is darn good.

Also, what's with the super long singlets? Two pacers look like they're wearing dresses.

The German stream (http://mediathek.rbb-online.de/tv/live) has been awful so far. Two minutes of following the leaders, then the camera has been glued to some german woman running with a bunch of male pacers for the last 8 minutes.

This is a half of the social-media savvy Hahner twins, wait til they interview her later for major *shudder*.
