I saw Jordan running around the nIke campus today. She looked very in shape. Serious “stuff” going on here. Did she run these times as noted on this post? For sure!

Green light for Hopkington
I assume this is legit...too much logical detail for your average troll. With that said, this is a tremendous workout, almost identical stats to a workout Kara did in the summer of 2008; Kara ran sub-15 and sub-31 that year. Not sure how this translates to a marathon, but I bet she could probably run a good 10K or half marathon right now.
I ran sub-15 and I would have fallen over by the 4th set of that. Hasay seems like she's built for the marathon, so this bodes very well.

My guess is you would fail a gender test. I've looked at a lot of women's training and they regularly do more to get the same results as men.
If I did this workout, under control two weeks out, I'd be looking to run 2:15. I totally believe our pony tailed goddess doing this would be looking at 2:19, about 10 seconds a mile slower.
