I assume this is legit...too much logical detail for your average troll. With that said, this is a tremendous workout, almost identical stats to a workout Kara did in the summer of 2008; Kara ran sub-15 and sub-31 that year. Not sure how this translates to a marathon, but I bet she could probably run a good 10K or half marathon right now.

She has almost the same PRs as Joan Benoit. Built for the marathon. I guarantee that Joan could have done that workout back in the day.

Because she is the elite version of all the workout heroes on here. The upside is that she finally found an event she can deliver with.

I was very serious about the marathon, and in retrospect, the things that I did were too simple.

I wish that I'd run the type of sessions that Hasay does.

NOP's workout are ridiculous. Some of the workouts that Farah, Rupp, and Centro have done would indicate times well above what they've done and they still make it to championship race day just fine. Will this workout is fast, it's definitely manageable for her. It indicates she's in at least 31:10 shape. Okay? Surprise? No, she's a 31:39 girl who's in much better shape now and has gone 1:07:55 and 2:20:57 for half and full. This is definitely in her wheel house.

Let me explain it to you numbnuts. She ran a very good time for 10k both on the track and on the roads. She then had an injury. After coming back, she didn't have enough time to improve to make the Olympic team. She has gradually kept improving her fitness as well as running substantially more miles winning a couple national titles on the roads. She has not run a competitve track 10k for a couple years.

With her fitness now, she could run 30:45.

She's a real cutie pie!!

Her 10K PR is 31:39

A 2:20:57 marathon is the equivalent of a 10K in 30:13.

This session would cause a serious loss of trace minerals. Lucky for her she is endorsed by Thorne Research. But I wonder if Alberto approves of Thorne Research, he is meticulous on all of this and has a garage full of special supplements that he trusts and reports have suggested that the FBI was also interested in this.
