He avoids the test because the more times you do get tested the more samples they have later on. Not to mention you said you didn't really know about farah?? You think that he may be doing something, but Rupp isn't? They are in the same camp and Alberto is doing the same thing with him as Rupp, but he is just more talented than Rupp naturally hence the reason he always beats Rupp in the big races. Nobody is saying that if you run under 3:30 you are doping. What I am saying is that when you are a natural 5k/10k for years and then all of a sudden you drop down and knock 6 seconds off ur PR after not racing that event for like 5yrs??? That is not normal nor is what Rupp is doing. Everybody in running knows that natural progression is for a person as they get older to move up in events NOT DOWN! Why do all distance runners move up in distances as they get older??? Because as you get older your body can't handle the pace of the younger guys! So rupp and his whole camp just defy logic now?? Moser same thing. She was about to quit the sport then Nike made her move to Salazar and then all of a sudden she PB's and makes the world team after having about 5 un relevant seasons?? People have their head in the sand about NOP. Period

Haven't you figured out that the ones who don't get caught cheating are the ones who find things that aren't on the banned list because they are new drugs or PED'S? That's how sports works. Find something NEW that cannot be tested for then it doesn't matter if you are test 1 time or 1,000 times. If there is no test for it then you can't test positive, but that doesn't mean you aren't cheating... What you are doing is cheating the test and the sport! So you think Mo Farah's 1500 English record of 3:28 is legit too? hahahahaha
You said he was avoiding testers. I said he gets tested a ton. You now say it doesn't matter if he gets tested a lot because nothing will come up in the test. Then why does he need to avoid testers?
As far as Farah goes, I don't really know. What I do know is there have been a good deal of marks under 3:29 and he is not near the top of it. He couldn't have been in a better set up and he did not win. If he was a Kenyan 19 year old you'd probably just he's just another natural Kenyan prodigy.
