Vincent Kipruto (Kenya): 30 years old, 2:05:13 pb (2010 Rotterdam), 2011 World Champs silver medalist in marathon. 2:09:15 for 2nd at Lake Biwa Marathon in March.

Adola looks impressively economical. Not physiologically necessarily, don't get me wrong, but physically the economy of motion is something else.

It's so interesting seeing the different running styles between these three dominant runners. Just incredibly different biomechanics.
