Men's 5k - great race!
Women's 1500 - wow, wow, WOW!
I generally prefer a great race, like the 5k, but sometimes the paced WR attempts are as enjoyable, just in a different way.

All of those things about Kiplimo aside from the XC championship were true before the last WC and Olympics and he came away with two bronze medals and a 5th place finish in those.

I will say this: I was screaming at the screen for Kipyegon, but not the men's 5k. Sometimes those flat out WR attempts are pretty freaking compelling.
