Don’t you think these ORPJT athletes know the inside story more than us public? Perhaps they know everything is BS and this is all just outside noise that will one day be cleared. If that’s the case why would you leave the best group on the planet? I don’t think we give these athletes enough credit to make there own decisions. I have a very hard time believing the NOP would continue to attract the best new runners if people weren’t sure the group was clean.

I don't really get the point of speculating on who is clean or dirty as long as we do not have an effective national anti-doping agency. Yes, it would be nice if we could catch dopers. When we actually decide to go ahead and do so, I will be the first to piss on anyone who is caught. But as long as we have the JV team that is USADA investigating this stuff, there's really no basis to throw around accusations.

Im sure many have assumptions, if there was a shred of factual prosecutable evidence that could be used on any of the athletes it would would have been presented by now. No group of elite athletes have been tested more in the sport of track and field, marathoning.

People like you so badly don't want to believe that the hard work has paid off in performances and your personal prejudices keep you blind.

You're joking, right? There main doctor is under serious investigation for giving runners hyperthyroidism medicine as a PED, because those runners were never diagnosed with the disorder. Nathan even stated that runners were told take it, as well as other substances that were researched to be carcinogens( possibly causing cancer). NOP abuses medicine protocols to make their runners faster

Taking Hyperthyroidism medicine is known to increase endurance....So having runners to take a medicine for a disorder that they do not have is DOPING.

They also abuse the amount of use that is allowed on certain drugs. For certain drugs, you can only take a certain amount per injection . NOP abuses that protocol.

So nathan is lying?

it's going to all come out in the end, just like with Lance. And Shalane and Med know what is going on behind closed doors. They are not just being disagreeable to be disagreeable. Athletes know the clean runners and the dirty runners.

Ok, Rojo - So just so we get this straight so we can all get on your bully train and click your ads like sheep : If Shalane wins a major she is as pure as snow, but if Jordan gets 3rd in a major she's dirty. If Galen wins, he's dirty. But if Meb wins he's clean. Do we have that right? If Simpson wins medal = good, if Rowbury medals = bad.

I'm just a little confused, because it seems like if Shalane, Meb and Simpson demonstrate they can be world beaters, than why can't NOP runners be world beaters?

Shalane must be something really special. She can win a major and beats all of the other women who are on drugs.

Actually the TUEs thing makes me believe that NOP may well be clean. They'd rather work in the grey areas than crossing the line.

This is a day to celebrate and she was obviously right to be suspicious of the grey line program that no doubt has gone across that line not only in 50 ml/day limits of intravenous l-carnitine but in many other ways. Hasay had a tremendous race but suffice it to say that while very likable, she looks like a completely different runner, more like the low 30 10k runners in whose company she now rests near the top of the U.S. marathon lists. I had my family watch the finish here because it was just that significant after 40 years of losing.

If you have never doped and the coach never offers you dope and you run really well with a specific training plan that coach offers why would you leave?

Overall winner means way more than third place or a national record.. Records are nice, but winning lasts forever.

There is no such thing as a gray area when you are breaking rules and protocols. If you take an amount that goes beyond regulation, that is doping! If you use a drug for other than the disorder that it is meant for, that is doping! Tue or no Tue.

It is being used to enhance the runner's ability and performance.

Well then Shalane is guilty too, because her teammate Even Jager was listed as "Likely Doping" by WADA. I guess guilty by association is a worthy argument, correct?
