I suspect this is wrong or has been changed. Startlist shows Emmanuel Kiprop, Mounir Akbache and Wilberforce Kones all listed as pacers with target splits of 2:35/5:10/7:45 (12:55 pace).

Pace increased slightly the last 2k. I think we’re heading for ~21600, beating Farah’s mark by 270m.

What happened? There are still no results up online. 20k split of 56:32 almost half am hour ago and then nothing.

Some say the hour record attempt is still going on.

Apparently Sawe got the record and said:

"I don't know how many records I ran tonight, but I came here for just one, the 1 hour record. That was the goal and we did it. I attacked after 35 minutes, that was the plan and it worked out. I kept on running after the clocked stopped, cause I couldn't see the clock at that moment, so I ran a bit further. But I am really happy that we got the 1 hour record and maybe next year I can run even further, cause I feel that it is possible."

Kandie was second.

Actually looks like he just missed it running 21,250m. Mo ran 21,330.

CJ Allen’s PB of 47.96 unfortunately doesn’t count. He did something illegal. Dos Santos wins again though slow by his high standards. Rosser continues running great.
