I have been self coaching for a couple of years now, never committed to running in college because i did not want to do it with med school. Still have been running 60 miles a week, did some workouts recently and I have a race next Saturday. Would like to know what kind of shape i might be in to determine what races to sign up for and what sharpening workouts to do.
Stole the NAU workouts and used those, since I do not have much idea of what kind of workouts to make for myself, and my high school workouts were all too difficult to do again.

What kind of mile, 3000m, 5000m shape could I be in? My previous PRs are 4:48, 9:12, and 15:54 from my last track season, the latest PR was the 15:54 at a unattached open July meet 2 weeks after the end of my track season (where I ended with a 9:47 3200m).
