Does anyone know what's next for Kamworor ? Yeah I know he's just managed some pretty extraordinary but you have to keep looking forward ;-) Was he asked if he had any marathons planned this year ? Berlin for a fast time maybe ?

he'll be in goat contention 5 years from now... dudes not even 30 hes like 25 or something.
Is Kam running theCommonwealth Games? Haven't really heard much about the Kenyan contingent showing up.
Take the mantle from Kipchoge after Kipchoge defines his career with the WR in London.
Anybody know if he’s running commonwealth? He’d have to be the favorite for the 10k.
He's not doing the Commonwealth. We have a story coming out on him next week. Stay tuned.
can't wait !
The real question is 'what's next for Jamin?'

In the interview after his world half win, he said he taking a break and then training for the Diamond League, both 5000m and 10000m distances. Then he wants to defend his title at the NYC Marathon to close out the year.

He could break the course record at NYC if he goes for it.

Remember there is always
a huge crowd of great talents in Kenya. Some name you have never heard about can take the mantle from Kipchoge when he will retire. One of the guys I coach have "beaten" Kam ,more correct controlled, a couple of times in training!

Some days ago Kipchoge and his group did 5 x 2000m at 5.39-5.42 and 5 x 1000m at 2.47-2.50. My guy ran with them and he told me he felt he was even better than Kipchoge. I don`t know if it was just words to boost his confidence, but I don`t think so. He is a talent of "one in 10 millions".
I’d suggest a sandwich
Yeah, me too, last Wednesday I also felt better than Kipchoge, again could have just be words I dunno but I felt great. I asked my maths friend (he likes math) to look into it..he says I'm a 1 in 6 billion runner!
(Face palm).

If the drug testing is going to be lax (as usual) for the Kenyans he might be there.

Funny you should say that.

Don't take anything away from yourself, oh great one. He's probably only a 1 in 100 talent, but having a 1 in 1 billion coach makes up for the modest talent. Keep up the great work JS!
I will recover to 120bpm before my next post, thanks to your magic advice!

Story still coming out this week ?
Anyway it seems like we know what he's planning now, DL and NYC Marathon, makes sense even though it would have been nice to see if him on a "fast" marathon.
Kamworor has proven that he's a total beast at the half marathon and world cross country. I personally hope that what is next is him doing these distances over and over again. He was good at 10k and good at the marathon, but I see no reason to want him to keep showing up to compete at those races for good results if we can watch him keep doing world cross and championship half marathons with great results. Look at a guy like Zersenay Tadese. He was a monster at the half marathon and 10k, but the marathon has given him a little bit of trouble. For some reason he felt compelled to keep trying the marathon and then after a while we just judged his running based on his underperforming marathons. I don't want to see Kamworor go that route. I'll be the first guy to applaud him if he just keeps dominating half marathons whether the rest of the world approves of the distance or not.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
