Done on 5 hours of sleep. The extremely slow pace was intentional in order to get a good recovery, which I feel was achieved. I think I convinced Coach Beck to not go along with his original plan of a tempo run, thank god. First mile was 9:59! Really focused on cadence on this one.

Got the uncompleted miles in. Made the mistake of trying to run in my old Brooks and now my shins hurt.
