I would eat one of those waffle bowls they put a bunch of scoops of ice cream in. Any time I try to eat those glass or plastic dishes, I get sharp slivers stuck between my teeth.

I honestly think youre right. If you turn that salad into a pizza, you have everything you need to survive. Turning it into a Pizza is helpful since we add carbs in the crust. If the diet restriction allows you to selectively only way portions of your one food, that could also help you adjust over time if your macro nutrients are off a bit. Just need to be careful not to get too much salt.
More interesting - what single dish could you eat indefinitely without suffering a shortage of some essential nutrient?
