yeap, i know what you mean. i can not say something about her eating habits. but one kind of strength and weight training is to build up muscle mass (big weights, few repetitions, eating a lot), another is to improve intramuscular coordination (low weights, many repetitions). her coach says that she is mentally strong and very focused.
High weight, low rep work is better at increasing neuromuscular efficiency without adding muscle mass with the correct conception of concentric vs. eccentric training.
