I hadn't noticed her much before but she's really starting to get attention.

A 20 yr old just did this? What the hell is her training regimen? Who is her coach? I know she ran some fast times in the past year and her progression is incredible! I wish some of the US phenoms followed her path.

Well she ran sensibly and didnt go crazy 800m out like she did in the World Championships.

her coach is sebastian weiß, one of a few young and promising coaches (educated at the german sport university of cologne).

training: about 56 mpw, 9 sessions, lots of gym work, yoga, weights, flexibility/versatility, jumps. obviously individualized and more the quality-beats-quantity-style. lots of performance diagnostics (4x2000).
