After a week long break I did 3 weeks of running leading up to this mile. Over this time I ran 40, 45, and 50 mpw. I did not do any tempos, fartlek runs, etc. during this time. If I can run this time with no workouts what can I run at my peak?

4:30s. May take some time but you can easily get to 4:38 since youre only a couple of seconds from pace.
What is this, "full mile" of which you speak?
In English we only have, "the mile"
That's 1609 meters exactly for full mile. I am English and I understand. Perhaps you are confused with the 1600 or 1500?

So why the need for the adjective, "full"? Is there a, "partial" mile?

Like 90% of the time high schoolers in the US have to run 1600m instead of a "full mile," because most of the tracks are 400m now and often the mile start line (9m behind the finish line) is not marked.
