*T- 16 progression- 1st 4 miles@6:55, then 5-8@6:38, 9-12@ 6:24, and last 4 miles @ 5:36 pace. hilly course but last 4 were bit of a net drop
W- 8.5/4.5
Th- 8.5/4.5
*F- 8km alternating 600 float and 1k brisk. overall pace 5:45/mile. rough. supposed to be faster and at least 7 miles
S- 9/4.5
Su- 10.5

The Tuesday progressive long run was solid, but Friday's workout was really not good. I think I was just super tired and sleep deprived. When I was running it, I was looking at my watch thinking it had to be Garmin error. It was rainy, but I can't imagine the watch making all the splits slow. Had to shut it down. In late February i ran three additional miles of this same workout and averaged 8 seconds per mile faster. Yet the Tuesday fast finish was better than what I've done before. There's a half marathon next weekend that I could do, but I'm feeling beat up and leaning towards getting in some more training rather than trying to race again.
