Yes...that's my guess. Lived here in the north metro-area 50+ years now. Denver-metro use to be a nice place until this huge population boom that started a few years ago. Now what you have is horrible traffic from early afternoon hours through the late evening, terrible air pollution, running trails jammed-up like I've never seen before with dog walkers & mt. bikers, gyms & rec centers packed to the gills, parks full of homeless people, and when get some snow look out...people crashing like there's no tomorrow. The place has become a real dud! 👎
So, I guess if you're one of those cats that relocates from the Big Apple, the Windy City or LA, the Big D will seem considerably smaller, and maybe somewhat appealing. Otherwise, this ain't no land of milk & honey nor rainbows & marshmellows...😕.
