I think as part of the negations going on in Helsinki, Trump should raise the possibility of outsourcing all functions of the DOJ and all US intelligence agencies to Russia.
I mean the US intelligence community is unanimous in their conclusion that Russia interfered with / tried to influence the outcome of the 2016 POTUS election and they are WRONG—we know because Putinhas repeatedly denied Russian involvement.
Why are we paying these DOJ and intelligence hacks? We should outsource their functions. Clearly Russia would be a good option for these functions of the US government.
