Could someone help, have a 5k this weekend, this is all the info I'll give, lets see who's closest!

If you bowl 218, you probably don't have much of a life, and are relatively unathletic. Probably a guy and between 15 and 30 though by virtue of posting on Letsrun, so I'll go 20:18. Surprise me.
You are a moron
If that's 10 pin, I'd say 14:23, if that's 5 pin, I'd say 15:47
Is this thread because of the homepage that the person Wejo or Rojo posted a picture of in their Halloween costumes thread had this thread idea in their costumed version of the LetsRun homepage?
Be honest...is it?

No... I just posted exactly what it said on there COINCIDENTALLY ...
1:06:45.....However, if you pick up an extra pair of strikes while wearing spikes, you may get under an hour. "Spare" me the cross training angle. Have fun!
The real question is how many miles did you log for bowling. Someone here should have a conversion factor.

I had some of my best weeks of league bowling ever in the week before and (shockingly) after my first marathon.
I bowled a 245 once. No big deal.

He didn't say he bowled it this week, moran. Yeah, yeah, I know, no need to throw insults around, so don't take it personally, as I just like the "moran" concept.

The underlying message of this thread is not lost on me, by the way.
I would need to know more details like your average and ball speed velocity to get an accurate prediction.
For example:
I bowled a 265, carry a 190 average, and have a ball speed velocity of around 22.
My 5k PR is 15:15 which was run during top bowling shape.
Ball speed velocity is definitely the most important factor as it directly correlates to leg speed velocity. I only ran 17:19 in high school with a similar high game and average, but my ball speed velocity was much lower. Age obviously also played a factor.
Based on your 218 alone, I'd put you at around 17:30-18:30 depending on your ball speed velocity and age. Don't get discouraged if you have low ball speed velocity, that might just mean that you are more of an endurance runner especially if you have a higher average.
Were you relaxed or pushing it?
I think you take the square root or something. Let's see . . . carry the one . . . 21:64.

Listen to The Man ^. He obviously knows his stuff.
You've forgotten a key issue here... was the ball made in Europe or Africa?

Can you at least tell us if you will be racing in your bowling shoes?
