JESUS clement ran well, than that last hurdle was awful, high school athletes clear that last hurdle better, he stuttered, lost all his momentum, and then floated in the air. So bad.

81.74 just missed her own WR.
i just barely managed to get the app for nbc download and started up for the steeple, managed to catch it right when jebet started to form that break. emma looked fantastic, was a little worried when she was getting seperated in fourth but that last 800-1k was perfect for her. one or two semi imperfect hurdles i think kept her from silver, but you cant ask for much better than a oly bronze and an AR. not to mention in this heat. chances of a 9:03-2 in cooler weather?
Very suspicious. Ran well. Only explanation is drugs.

The wodka will flow in Krakow ..
48.49 from Warholm to win his heat in a new national record.
48.62 PB for Nozawa, first athlete to ease up at the line.
Gun malfunction in heat 4, gun went of 3 times.
PRs for Quigley and Lacaze in the women's steeple.
wow Bett just ran straight into that last hurdle.
48.29 for Whyte, WTF was that last hurdle from Bett, that last hurdle was the worst I've ever seen, his legs didn't even get close to clearing the hurdle, World Champ is out.
LOL. That was awful.

The Bahrain athlete didn't look tired until about 5 feet from the line. Watch her face on the replay, looks like she says to herself "I should look tired so this doesn't look too suspicious."
Actually she said, "I'm going to p'off the letsrun trolls by just missing the record."

Tinsley at least did it less conspicuously by running slowly from the start.

Now the slowest event in comparison to the rest of the world since 2010, the 400m hurdles, how fats will they go. I get scared thinking of some scenarios, how fast would Michael Jonson go on this track, 18.X? 42.X? Marita Koch 46.X? I get scared for the lat one.
Wuuut?
Tinsley/ WTF?

Heat 1
D’Hoedt had 5 meters on the pack in 2:48.22 as Hillary Bor was in 5th. Just before 2k, Uganda’s Benjamin Kiplagat has injected some pace (5:42.82) with Bor in third.
Remember, it's just top 3 and next 6 and this heat is slow as hell.
One learns to spell from extensive reading. Do you have no interest in reading? Do you read books/editorials? Or do you just read running-related stuff? Do you have any interest in improving yourself? Or are you contented with being a slacker?
That's hilarious. You had me at reading. When you say reading, I assume your'e talking about that thing people used to do before Youtube was available?
That was ages ago.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
