Kenny will never go back to the track because of his injuries. His calves and achilles can not take the strain of spikes.
The bloke is shot to bits. People need to let go, he will never be competitive at anything less than 26.2 again.
He just ran 28 on the road. Still very fast.
You all need to let it go , Kenny has seen better days
anything in life has beginning n end , the end is here for Kenny B , its reality face it

If Jason Rexing can run 13:55 in trainers than Kenny goddam B can go sub 13 without spikes.
And he will. Probably wearing the Brooks Ghost of he wanted to.

And by competitive, you mean that finishing first in a major 10k road race, splitting 14:17, 13:51 less than a month after finishing third in the world's most competitive marathon ... is not competitive?
Manchester 10k is not a major race and the field was shocking. Had the best Brits (excluding Mo) had not all been at the Rio qualifier the night before they would have been in the mix with Bekele. If that is not being competitive on a world stage then I don't know what is.
this.
Saw Kenny doing a brutal 20x400m workout yesterday through the Ethiopian streets. Expect great things.
He should try those spikes haile used in his last oly 10k

Paula could have done that in her prime when she ran 2:15.
Wake me up when he runs high 26/low 27 on the road again.
He's done.
Do us a favor and shut up troll. If anyone's done its you and your lame troll efforts. Oh and wake me up when the phonie nope rupp runs a 2:06 marathon against LEGIT competition because otherwise he is done too. 2:11 marathon? Can you say pathetic?
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
