Shoes 0$ I run barefoot but I spend the money I would of used for shoes on fruit/carbs which can last like 2 months for the price of a pair of shoes. Why buy a pair of shoes to run more/faster when you can essentially buy new better legs (fruit can be expensive).
Shirt 0$ I run topless, why waste money on a shirt when you can run topless and get Vitamin D from the sun and clean your blood (UV rays cleans blood and sunscreen is bollocks, just don't burn, chemicals will thrash your skin too).
Watch 0$ I do not need a watch. I know what feels easy and I know what feels hard but like I can run faster and in a race I know what feels my fastest (wearing a watch actually holds you back as you might be feeling fitter than the pace you think you can do).
Shorts $2 Got these from a charity shop, just swimming shorts but they look like running shorts, I cut the liner out and freeball it, why run with a sweaty liner when your shlong/nuts shrinks/retreats from exercise naturally.
Also health>fashion. I pity the fool that wears shoes because they look good but couldn't run a 5K in them.
