Hey guys, i'm a casual runner averaging 20-25 miles on a good week. I suspect that I put too much load on my tibia bones while running long distance as I have a wider stature/more weight unlike typical runner and I feel all the soreness and pain there after runs. For a long time I was struggling with pain and had to make 2 week breaks to heal, but just to get pain again after I resume running. That was until I tried Adidas Boost shoes and it literally fixed all my pain issues (tried a number of high cushion other brands earlier without much success). I was extremely happy to finally get a solution, but after 2-3 months I started feeling pain again. I went back to the store to try another boost shoes and it felt entirely different. My old shoes lost all its bounciness and felt flat compare to new ones. I got a new pair and pain went away again. Now though, another 2 months have passed and pain is slowly creeping back. I feel that shoes are flat again. Mind you I don't clock over 100 miles any given month so I'm really disappointed at such a low mileage i can get in these before they go flat. Has anybody had any such issues with these? Or perhaps opposite experience? Everywhere it says that Boost is supposed to last longer than other shoes, so I'm quite puzzled at the result i've gotten.
