Your AC, electric windows, electric seats, etc are all just fluff. Their working or not working is hardly a reflection of the health of the car. The important systems of the car (the ones that actually make it go vroom) are all suffering if you've put in 150k without anything more than oil changes.
Your timing belt is likely going to your biggest issue (don't confuse this with a drive belt). At 150k, you probably should have replaced it twice by now, and your car has what's called an interference engine. If you're timing belt breaks (which it is likely on the verge of) your engine is toast.
Your transmission fluid is likely completely toast by now too leading to a trans that can't function properly.
Your spark plugs, belts, hoses, etc are all likely on the verge of failure (if they haven't already, and you just don't realize that your car isn't functioning properly.)
Most people in today's throw away society are completely ignorant of the complex systems in a vehicle. They run the cars into the ground without required maintenance, then when they have a $3000 failure come along, they just say "oh well, I'll scrap the car, and finance a new one to destroy."
Don't be one of those people who continually loses money due to lack of knowledge and skills. Cars are not cheap. They should last a long time and with maintenance they will.
Remember people, 100,000 miles on a car is a lot like a high school graduation; it isn't impressive and is in fact completely expected.
