Thanks man. Livestream of 400m at 5pm eastern time (US, same as local time Jamaica) . Will check it out for sure.
So to watch the stream live you need to go here:
http://www.camperdownclassic.com/LiveStreamer.aspx
You have to enter an email address and then they send you a password. It's not a scam. It all works and the quality of the stream is unreal. Multiple camera angles as well.
If you miss the race. It looks like the results will ultimately be here:
Will they run at the same heat? I don't think so. 46low for Blake and 45.9 for Bolt...easy.
Bolt and blake running a full lap? This should be interesting.

Um, Bolt started as a 400 guy, running 45.3 as a 16 y.o. and a 43.58 relay split a couple years ago.
He's run 45.5 and 45.7 the last two years in this meet. No stranger to the 400.
Of course he is bigger now and probably doesn't do much training for 400 (like he used to), but no water break for him.

Somebody doesn't understand sarcasm. As if my handle wasnt hint enough.

No, you just had no clue he used to be a 400 guy. Your handle suggests you're making fun of their ability to go beyond 200m, nothing sarcastic about your post or handle.

Wow, way to tell me what I do or do not know. Glad you can probe my mind. I'm a big follower of track and field, and yes I knew he ran the 400. I have seen many of his races on youtube from when he was younger. I was poking fun at the fact that he rarely races the distance, and has admitted he doesn't like to run that far (hence why he rarely races it; shocking, huh?). You need to 1) learn the English language, and 2) learn the English language. Sarcasm isn't that hard to grasp.
I'm just going to be the 3rd person to chime in and say that your post wasn't sarcastic.
I think the meet is running about 20ish minutes behind
How many heats of the boys 100m are there? They are on 12 now
Meet is well over an hour behind schedule. Still running boys 100m races. Schedule:

Crazy that they've got well over 5 hours of 100m races!! That's how you become the best sprinting nation in the world.

Seems substantially more than that. Boys 100 heats were supposed to be done at 4:25 and it's currently 5:15 in Jamaica.
On to the Men's 100m. Not sure what happened to the Women's heats.

I'll be the 4th. There was no sarcasm, he's just a flippin idiot.
Women's 400 started. Men's 400 should be coming up in 15 minutes.
Starting soon
First heat of Mens 400m is on the track now. Probably only one more heat.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
