Second this. She was underpaid, $34,872, for her level of experience, continuity at WKU, and success. She's had several individuals make Nationals in XC and track. She's one of the few women distances coaches who can both recruit and coach. However, the Head Coach, Erik Jenkins, doesn't make much more than she does, $41,214. With salaries so low, they'll probably have a hard time finding someone as well qualified and knowledgeable and also retaining them. I hope she's not getting out of coaching- she clearly deserves better.
