Actaully, he raises a lot of eyebrows and will bring even more scurtiny on his 'training' methods.
OMFG I have never yelled so much
I kept hoping he might get Farah. Nobody was doing that today! Maybe in 4 years. Rupp is officially for real.
What was with Salazar's Cub Scout uniform up in the stands?
Amazing race for both of them. Congrats to Farah and Rupp and to Salazar - the haters here for Salazar are plenty and vicious. Start eating crow.
that was nuts, what an amazing performance by Rupp.
not even on espn...what a f-ing joke
NIKE< what else?
Duh.
That was incredible. I was screaming at the top of my lungs the last 2 laps. Congrats to Mo and Galen. Class acts. They deserved it.
You could see Salazar mouthing to security "I'm their coach" when he was trying to get down to the track.
Awesome!! I had rupp at best top 6 finish. I thought how could he do it!! And there I was screaming at the TV over the last 200 meters actually thinking he had a chance to run down Farah!!! Congrats Team Salazar, Mo Farah, and Galen Rupp!!! How many years of work has Salazar put into oregon project? How many miles has Rupp logged? All those years of patience while being scrutinized!! Real success takes Time!! Thanks to Phil Knight for giving Salazar the TIME to produce!!!
1, 2 in the Olympics. There's no questioning his legacy. None.
Is the Alter-G company publicly traded?
A heart congratulations to Alberto for his contribution to this incredible race. Yes, a legacy has been created here.
I am so glad this shows that putting in the work patiently results in success even in our instant gratification oriented society
The trios from 3 African countries were knocking Farah all around, and he still won. In the future, how about less about Prefontaine and more about Mo Farah?
And NBC is and will be clueless about distance running
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
