Ricky, I was drunk when I said that... that doesn't even make sense.
wasn't he high?
Marijuana is a blocking agent
Blake tested positive for it
hmmm
I thought Ashmeade had been doing well, thought he would get third. I see he's 'unattached', maybe that's his problem. Nice night for Racer's Track Club though.
Bolt is Bolt, who gives a flying f*ck where he finishes at a qualifying meet? Olympics bro, oh and he made it
Bolt isn't done but he needs to start partying less and sleeping/training more.

Absolutely.
But as I saw it, Blake was leading and Bolt was coming back on him. Of course - not enough.
This is the first time that Bolt was beaten over 200m since 2007, don't forget that he considers himself to be better over 200m. 19.8 isn't too bad. Although it shows that he isn't fully fit which is a bit strange after running 9.76.
It should be a great race in London, and the 100 too. Bolt is going to be less confident and cocky, but hopefully just as entertaining?
First Loser--you know nothing about T and F--you display your incredible ignorance in this post.

C'mon! Idiot. He runs 9.76. Then parties too much and doesn't train enough, causing him to lose his 9.76 shape, thus allowing Blake, who was not partying too much, to demostrate his superior conditioning.

I actually know a lot about T&F, but I know more about letsrun.com and how to get a thread stuck in the yellow box of fame on the homepage, sucker.
Look at the 2008 WR run and this one. He looks like a different runner. Something ain't right.
Just saw the race. Actually Bolt displayed amazing talent off of such a horrendously bad start. Looked like he was still near last with 50M to go.
he should move up to 10k.
I tried to tell you, but no one would listen!

Disagree; Bolt got a bad start, but Blake didn't have a great one at all. Blake wasn't too much in front of him til 50m to go (Powell was) . Blake simply had higher top end speed; just as he did in the 200m, when he came off the turn clearly behind Bolt, and hit the straight and strode past him to win.
You know he will still win both 100 and 200 unless he decides to tweet during the run, then again he still might win if he does.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
