I was in the Nike Lunarglide last spring and bought kinvaras and just started doing half my runs in those for the week. They felt great and I really liked them. But then I got an ankle injury and I'm not 100% sure it was from the kinvaras but I'm sure they could have definitely played a factor. Possibly something else is that I overpronate mild-moderately and the kinvaras are neutral so that could be a factor.
I am back in Lunarglides for pretty much all my base training right now. I'd like to try again and maybe go for the Mirages since they have a bit of support. Anyways should I try this and if so how do I ease into the mirages so I can eventually do a good amount of training in them?
I really loved the kinvaras, they felt amazing every run
