I've tested it out over a 3 day period. I drink a bottle of water and then piss back into the same bottle. I'm pissing out more than I take in. Weird.

Even more weird that you are measuring it.
Probably because after the 1st bottle you are drinking urine...
Water is relatively pure. Urine has stuff in it, like sodium, nitrates, etc.
Also, other food you consume maybe high in water.
And on top of all of that, Urine is warm, thus takes up more volume, than Water that is cold.
All of these likely combine to give you the impression you are putting out more water than you are putting in, which just doesn't happen.
You're fine, other than the fact that you're mentally handicapped.
Food from water. Some foods have really high % water content.
Probably all the ice cubes you've been eating.
try drinking the urine, and keep the cycle going....if you are still producing more than you are putting in, you have discovered a perpetual motion machine, and they will harness you to the power grid. You will be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams
food contains a lot of water...think about it--food would be like sawdust if it had no moisture
Good thing you don't run, or you might need some of that water for sweating.

When you metabolize food the main bi-products are carbon dioxide and water.
All of that is fair enough... but through the day I always thought that you are loosing about a pint of water for every 8 hours (at no exercise), just for breathing and temperature regulations in an air conditioned room....
its pretty much impossible....

Food bi-products? Is this one of your dietary staples?

And ice sinks right?
That's a function of density.
what i meant was water is more dense the higher the temperature. correct me if im wrong, but water is the one of if not the only exception to things getting less dense as the temperature goes up rule
Water is densest at 39 degrees F. Above that it gets less dense. The same mass of water fills a greater volume.

Are you referring to the OP's density?
JAA is right, water is less dense, thus takes up more volume.
Density is a function of volume and temperature.
Its easy to see how more volumetric peepee come out than water go in.

I'm pretty sure the OP is the smartest poster on this thread.
