No love for Amy Begley's double? Beating Kara in the mile and running the 800m also.
Vincent D'onofio ran well for a big man. I'm impressed.
Is that the British Chris Thompson, fresh from his 28.45ish 10k in Manchester a couple of weeks ago?

I think Amy took the 800 easy so she could edge Kara in the mile. 2:11 is a high school girl time.

Yeah, where does he find time to run intervals when he's on the Law & Order set?
Most noteworthy aspect of the results, in my opinion... Symmonds runs 1:46 after having only done "one or two speed sessions" so far this season.
I'd love to see Symmonds get into the low 1:43 range this summer.
He has accumulated fitness leftover from Full Metal Jacket.

His coach is quite demanding, but apparently motivated him to improve his diet:

Yeah same Chris, going ok at the moment. Hope he does not get injured as he normally does. Normally does well in the 5k.
Jemma Simpson - also a Brit running for Oregon Track Club doing very well at the moment, hope she continues to do so and get's on the GB team for the world's.
Pifer goes 1:48 along w/13:33 5k opener at Cardinal Invite WOW hella range!! Rupp has gone a crazy 1:49/13:18, anyone else out there at this level of versatility?
Beside the obvious Lagat and Webb. Lomong?
Fam, Teg, Solinsky - all 3:56-55 or better guys who probably could if they wanted.
Nice race for Ryan Bak. Looks like he is still on the upswing after that long break.
Well I could of broke 4 minutes in the mile but i didnt cuz i suck.
How long was his break?
What has Ari Lambie been up too? She looks fit, but she ran 4:30's in hs.
Anybody know who the front 2-3 were in the employee mile? One guy in the video looked familiar, but I couldn't see too well.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
