I'll jump on the bandwagon. I'm always curious what other people have been doing.
This past week this is what I did:
12/23: 17.3 miles, 1:54:41
12/24: travelling
12/25: 7.1 miles, 47:49
12/26: 3.25 miles warmup/cooldown, 25 minutes
5x400m with 60 rest: 61, 64, 63, 65, 70 (this was rough outdoors)
12/27: 6.75 miles, 45:46
12/28: 9.5 miles, 70:00
12/29: 9.5 miles, 70:00
54 miles
normally I would do a 30-45 minute tempo run on mondays.
