There was a ton of great action last week outside of the US champs and we break it down for you. Plus is Oregon's future actually bright?

Manangoi admitted his suspension for missing 3 drug tests was his own fault. "I would like to urge my fellow athletes both in Kenya and abroad to seriously take care of their own whereabouts to avoid unnecessary sanctions, it seems simple but a slight mistake can be costly at the end. Separately, the AIU also announced sanctions against two Kenyan marathon runners, Kenneth Kiprop Kipkemoi and Mercy Jerotich Kibarus.

The format is far from traditional, but the most star-studded meet of the 2020 outdoor season so far -- which will be held in Oslo and remote sites around the world on Thursday -- will feature Duplantis, Lavillenie, Warholm, Cheruiyot, Manangoi, the Ingebrigtsens, and more.

Timothy Cheruiyot had the greatest DL season in history and we hope some people start to appreciate how good he is.

Caster Semenya went sub 4 for the first time 17 year-old George Manangoi ran 3:35.5, and Emmanuel Korir got another win and Jenny Simpson came up short.
