Julien keeps surprising me. Before Rak i assessed his training and predicted 59:30, he ran 59:13. This time i will go and say 27:15 but he might surprise me again...he's crazy.

Last 'special block' before Stockholm 10000m race.
AM - 3k easy followed by 10x800m and 10x400m. Avg 800m - 2'11" . Avg 400m - 63". 3k easy at the end. Jog lap between all repeats.
PM - 3k easy followed by 5x(1k hard,1k moderate). Avg 2'43" / 3'37". 3k easy at the end.
Wanders is doping 100 percent. Does a workout am and PM (fast recovery with doping is key to better training). Associates with sketchy agents and lives in remote areas. Collects the road race money and doesnt have fast track times. Though hell pop one here just like other disappearing dopers (remember no show until Olympics Ramzi)..but most top athletes are saucin too

Man, 19 miles of work in the AM followed by 10 in the evening...that kind of quality...I'm not sure that's legit. I really want to believe that he's clean; but you have to wonder: if a kid is willing to move to Kenya to be all in...what else is he willing to do?
I have total confidence in the kid. Running is his passion and couldn't sleep at night well for the rest of his life if he ever took ped's.
The main goal is to get as good as possible on the track now, throw a fast half in-between and then focus on Tokyo.
After Tokyo there will be total focus on the roads. I'm sure Julien's best distance will be the marathon.

+1 I've got a 10km coming up, a qtr of this training would make me flat for the weekend. Who tests Wanders any how?
He literally wanders away from the testers. Don't forget Switzerland and Norway are outside the EU so they are the easiest countries to become dopers(look at the Ingebregsteins). Moving to Kenya is literally the icing on the cake.
Keep insinuating such things guys. Julien is one of the most passioned and dedicated runners i've seen. He's working so hard for it, more than you could ever dream of.
Talent + hard work + right environment = key to success. Everything else is just envy. A medal in Tokyo is more than possible!
Membership of the EU has nothing to do with doping.
Hey guys, please repect the athlete. Don't post some allegation without knowledge.
You shouldn't insinuate such things whitout a proof. Julien is continuately tested. Swiss-atletics Federation is very serious and tests his top athletes very frequently even if they are living in Kenya.
Julien is a very hard worker and devoted to his sport with a huge passion since long time.
I wish him a good season for 2019.

See what you've done now Banana Bread (possibly Nic) you've gone and pulled the hardcore "he's dedicated and trains very hard" foolish crowd out from Wandersland hibernation.
sorry but anybody in the camp knows Julien is doping
Another stupid idiot....... the most important tribe in Letsrun.

Hahaha. All the butthurt little people are crawling out from under the rocks. Cant stand a superior European running such incredible times and setting records. What are the poor unstable things gonna do when Wanders wins the gold and also runs a 58:15/2:01:00?
Wish I didn't see this. wrote:

I think this is 16 miles of work in the morning, then 10 in the evening. I'll be honest I don't think the morning is that hard for an athlete of his calibre, so it doesn't raise red flags by itself
Not Marco Jäger posting... false name + false informations.
