Actual that’s overweight for BMI. Also it’s pretty embarrassing that you consider yourself a runner, who is overweight. Sorry to hurt your feelings, and stay out of the donuts.
Can you be overweight and have an eight pack?

Dude... there is literally no way you're kicking a sub 17:30 5k when you're loaded to the gills at 200lbs at 5'9
A lot of these buff guys running fast 5K times are likely roiding.
I don't know anything about Nick Bare to know whether he is.
Having excess muscle (for running) would still be a handicap, but roids would let you put in the workouts. If he was taking roids he would also only need to put in one session a week in the gym to maintain that physique.
Again, not saying he is, and a lot of the comments here are plainly coming from jealous 115 lbers, some of whom have probably dabbled with EPO.
I've been seeing people using a GPS watch on the track more and more lately... Running in lane 1, and stopping shy of or longer than whatever distance they do. One of the most pointless things I've seen. N ick is a rookie, but it is so wrong. I think he kinda maybe broke 19 here! It is still very impressive. He is learning fast...
I watched his most recent video with Adam Klink. They did a track workout and he was calling his 1:21 400s 4:51 pace and his 33 second 200 4:13 pace because that's what his GPS says.
