What is he talking about? The guy lives in Texas. He can go out and run. State parks have been closed but the roads are open and presumably local parks. Now the issue may be that the UTEP track may be closed and he doesn't have access to a track which would be important for an 800 runner. Are there no high school tracks that he can get on? There is a high school track 1.5 miles from my house in MD that is open and lots of people are using.
Anyone in El Paso care to comment?
PS. Plus I just read that the track are closed in Kenya anyway so what is he really complaining about? There are no soft surfaces to train on here?
