New to the area and hoping to hear of some good, scenic places to get in 10 or 15 miles. Also, there doesn't seem to be any hills or mountain trails in this area, so darn flat!

But is oozes money. Really old money.
Brandywine Creek Park is a good place in the Wilmington Area to run, I am not sure how long it actually is but you probably could get some good runs in there. There are also good hills there.
There are no hills. It's true. If you head over the boarder and into Maryland on rt 273 there's a place called faire hill. They have some nice hills. As far as a good run goes for 10-15 miles, if you can find any of the white clay creek state park, there are literally hundreds of trail miles. The main "picnic" part of the park is north on rt 896. You can go from there or any of the numerous parking areas along the trails. Email me and I can get you more info.
go to home depot, buy some ply wood, build some hills in your over priced back yard, and run in circles around your Mc Mansion over the plywood hills.. at least that way you will be doing something with that 1 acer you own.

Do you work at DuPont? I do and its the coolest! There are such a lot of good runners in the Company!
Where are the hookers in Wilmington these days? Used to see them all the time down by the train station.
I've been to Newark Delaware and I've spent a bit of time there doing consulting work for a gaming-related company there.
Newark is a decent small city with a nice old downtown by the University. Very pleasant place. I mainly ran around the city streets and the roads by the University.
Cool I know those guys. If you ever hit town again, the stadium is where Delaware Coach Fisher runs workouts for the local runners.
Delaware is too small to run in. The state is probably only a marathon wide. Run in New Jersey instead.
This is not a bash, but are there any nice places to live in DE that have decent trails, parks or shaded road routes with varied terrain?
I would consider moving to DE for the tax advantages IF I could find an adequate area(s).
Wake up people.
